Community Guidelines

1. Scope

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) define clear expectations for behavior and Content on the KORDIA Platform. They should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy and Cookies Policy, and the Moderation Policy.

  • They apply to all Users (Clients and Musicians) and to all Content and interactions on the Platform, including profiles, quote requests, Chat messages, proposals, Reviews, comments, and media (photos, videos, links).
  • They also apply to attempts to circumvent rules (for example, encouraging payments outside the Platform to avoid fees).

2. Core Principles

  • Respect and professionalism: treat other Users with respect.
  • Safety: do not tolerate abuse, threats, exploitation, or fraud.
  • Good faith and transparency: provide truthful information and do not manipulate the system (e.g., Reviews).
  • Legality: do not use the Platform for illicit activities.

3. Prohibited Activities

The list provided below is not exhaustive. KORDIA will evaluate context, severity, and behavioral patterns:

3.1 Harassment, threats, and abusive behavior

  • Harassment, bullying, insults, hate speech, threats to integrity.
  • Blackmail, extortion, stalking, or intimidation.
  • Sexual harassment and unsolicited sexual content.

3.2 Privacy and doxxing

  • Publishing or sending third-party personal data without legitimacy (addresses, phone numbers, documents, IBAN, personal emails).
  • Sharing Chat screenshots from third parties outside appropriate channels.

3.3 Fraud, scams, and manipulation

  • Fraud (impersonating another person, band, or company).
  • Social engineering, malicious links, fake events, misleading proposals.
  • Review manipulation (fake reviews, buying or trading reviews, coercion).

3.4 Spam and abusive use

  • Mass sending of unsolicited messages, Chat flooding, unauthorized advertising.
  • Automation/use of bots to create accounts, send proposals, or perform abusive scraping.
  • Repetitive and irrelevant posts.

3.5 Third-party rights and illegality

  • Violation of copyright, trademarks, and image rights.
  • Any Illegal Content under applicable law, including incitement to violence or crimes.

4. Platform-Specific Rules

4.1 Payments and Escrow

Do not solicit or encourage payments outside the Platform to circumvent fees or avoid the Escrow mechanism, unless expressly permitted by the Platform. Do not share external payment instructions when a Booking is being managed by the Platform.

4.2 Job Board and Quote Requests

Provide truthful and credible information (date, time, event type, and location). Avoid disclosing excessive third-party personal data before a Booking or purchase.

4.3 Reviews

Reviews must be truthful, proportionate, and focused on the Event experience. Publishing defamatory language, unsubstantiated serious accusations, or personal attacks is prohibited.

5. Chat Best Practices

  • Use the Chat to agree on Event details and avoid sharing sensitive information.
  • Report attempts of fraud, threats, or abuse through support channels.

6. Consequences

Violations of these Rules may result in proportionate measures, including warnings, content removal, Chat restriction, suspension, or Account termination, as provided in the Moderation Policy.
