Legal Grounds for Processing

Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR:

Contract Performance

Profile creation, quotes, bookings, and operational communications (Chat).

Legal Obligation

Compliance with tax standards and invoicing (Decree-Law No. 28/2019).

Consent

Newsletter delivery and use of non-essential cookies.

Legitimate Interests

Fraud prevention, content moderation, and platform security.

Profiling

KORDIA foresees carrying out profiling to disclose campaigns and personalized commercial advantages based on interaction history. This processing is based on legitimate interest, provided it does not produce legal effects on the subject. Otherwise, prior consent will be requested under Art. 22 of the GDPR.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for the period necessary for the described purposes:

  • Profile Management (with bookings): 1 year after the last platform interaction.
  • Profile Management (without bookings): 1 year after the last registration/interaction.
  • Newsletters: 1 year after the last interaction or until consent withdrawal.
  • Tax data: Retained for 10 years, as required by law (Art. 19 of DL 28/2019).

Data Subject Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability of your data. For consent-based processing, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

Right to Complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Portugal.
